Throughout the year we host wine dinners with our wine suppliers with a guest speaker from vineyards throughout the world. The wine dinner evenings are informal with the wine supplier and the wine maker talking us through a selection of wines from their vineyard and are a great evening for entertaining customers and celebrating with friends and family.

25th November 2009 - palacios remondo wine dinner
James Street South Restaurant will be hosting a wine dinner on Wednesday the 25th of November with McAlindon Wines and Palacios Remondo who have vineyards in Rioja, Bierzo & Priorat, Spain.
Oscar Alegre (Export manager) for Palacios Remondo will be hosting the wine dinner and he will be able to provide us with a first hand introduction to Spain's most 'cutting edge' wine company. The wines will be paired with a five course-tasting menu.
The evening will provide you with the opportunity to sample wine from the various vineyards and to hear Oscar explain Alvaro Palacios’ commitment to revitalise the family business by introducing organic principles to the vineyard and to bringing name of Palacios Remondo to the attention of the wine world.
The evening will commence at 7.30 with a drinks reception. The charge per person is £70.00.
