The team at James Street South is made up of Niall McKenna and Stephen Toman in the kitchen, the restaurant manager Geoff Kemps and Will King managing the bar.
Joanne McKenna is responsible for the day to day administration and marketing activiities.
The restaurant works with a number of local suppliers in order to provide the best of Northern Irelands produce on the menu. Our suppliers range from our fishmongers who have been in operation for over 100 years to our local gamekeeper who provides the restaurant with pheasants and pigeons during the shoot season and our local vegetable producer who works with us to source as much fresh fruit and vegetables from the region.
When it comes to our wine suppliers we work with Jim Nicholson Wines and McAlindon Wines, who together have over 60 years of experience in importing wine to Northern Ireland and who in turn work with many of the great wine producers of the world.
The dining room has played host to launches of new products, private breakfast meetings for industry breifings and also canape parties with wine for company parties for up to 100.
